Shipping Policy
We maintain a "Free Shipping" policy on all regular orders for standard ground shipping, applicable only to the "lower" 48 (continental) United States. We will try to stand by this with orders to Hawaii and Alaska, but additional fees may be necessary as that is outside of this policy and the expense may exceed what we can absorb. We do not ship outside the U.S. except in special pre-arranged circumstances.
For special shipping requests, please call us and we will make every effort to accomodate you. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requests.
In order to reduce the amount of shipping a product undergoes from manufacture to customer, most of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Orders are normally shipped 1 to 4 days after your order is placed. Shipping address phone numbers are requested as some forms of shipping that we use, such as Federal Express, require it. We utilize a variety of shipping methods - USPS, UPS, Fedex, local carrier - depending on the product, warehouse location, destination and other factors. When available to us, tracking numbers will be posted in your account on our site.
Please let us know whenever there are any issues with shipping as we are always striving to make your shopping experience with us more peaceful and satisfying.
Returns - Return shipping is at customer expense unless due error on our part or that of our suppliers. All returns must have Return Authorization number.
