What do I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?
We find that in almost every case trouble is due to some payment input not matching your credit card billing info (zip code or phone area code - using work or home and the card billing is the other?). Check that. And if you have tried several times and been locked out, simply close your browser windows and start a fresh browser session. It should allow you to try again - and your item(s) should still be in your shopping cart.

Pretty simple really - a straight-forward 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Return shipping, though, is at customer expense unless it is due to an error on our part or that of our suppliers. All returns must have Return Authorization number.
We'll do everything within reason to make a customer happy. We try to treat people the way we'd like to be treated.
If there's a preference issue, say you want to swap colors - no problem, but you pick up the shipping incurred. If there is an actual problem with an item? We'll pick up the shipping - period.
Some items will, of course, be covered by a manufacturer's warranty and addressing any issue through them will be the designated course of any problem resolution where applicable. While we will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues, beyond 30 days we claim no responsibility and any actions we may take would be entirely discretionary - beyond 30 days our guidelines are "e;what would make this customer happy?"e; and "e;what's within reason?"e; Again, we just try to treat people the way we'd like to be treated. Unassembled Kit If you choose to assemble our products on their own will realize a decent savings, and at the same time experience the satisfaction of having a key hand in completion of their own furniture. Our unassembled kits include all necessary hardware and the same high quality materials and craftsmanship as the pre-assembled (knock-down) version. All components have been pre-cut, drilled and sanded. Easy to follow - fully illustrated instruction sheets are included, and in most cases customers will find average assembly time of 15 min. to 1 hour. Assembled Kit This option will satisfy customers who can't afford the time and need to have their new furniture ready for use ASAP. Most of our knock-down, depending on individual item, comes 70% - 90% completed, with remaining structures pre-drilled and pre-fitted to provide the customer with minimal set-up effort. Our cedar furniture comes fromClear GrainedWESTERN RED CEDAR giving it a distinct advantage over the elements of nature, weather finished or left unfinished.
